To celebrate Earth Day, Seniors Advanced took on the challenge of making their own paper!
They discussed several ways to help save the planet and how no action was too small. With materials easily accessible to the students, they began transforming discarded paper into handmade, recycled paper. For an added bonus, the students incorporated tea leaves into the paper mixture. This not only gave the paper character, but it also filled the room with an herbal aroma everyone enjoyed. The students spoke about how much they couldn’t wait to use and smell their paper, once it fully dries.
