For their last civics lesson, Grade 8 students paired up to prepare and share traditional dishes of ethnic minorities in Poland. Not only was it a great way to find out about the Tatars, Karaites, Lemkos or Romani people, but also a fantastic test of cooperation and a true feast for the senses!
